The following is a partial list of the charities the Glen Ridge Antiques Show has supported over the years.


Bloomfield Food Pantry
Supplying contributions of food and/or money to help serve hungry families in our area.

 

Climate Hope - UCC

Works with environmental issues and provides educational experiences for children.

 

Eva's Village

Based in Paterson, this organization provides care and support to individuals struggling with hunger, homelessness, substance use disorders and mental health issues.

 

Friends of the Howe House

This non-profit organization is committed to preserving the historical house in Montclair of James Howe, a formerly enslaved man who was freed in 1817. A history of slavery - a legacy of freedom.

 

Glen Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Squad

The squad offers free emergency medical care and transportation to sick and injured residents and to those in need in our mutual aid partner towns.

Integrity House
New Jersey’s largest licensed treatment facility serving individuals and their families suffering from substance abuse and helping them make sustainable life-style changes.

Kiva Microloans
An international nonprofit with a mission to expand financial access to help underserved communities thrive.

Meeting Essential Needs with Dignity (MEND)
Working to end hunger in Essex County by supporting a network of interfaith food pantries.

 

M.E.S.H.

Montclair Emergency Services for Hope is a local faith-based organization dedicated to providing basic and essential services to Montclair's most vulnerable homeless adults and families.

Mountainside Chaplaincy
Providing counselling and support to loved ones, caregivers and patients at Mountainside Hospital, regardless of religious affiliation.

 

Refugee Resettlement Program
Aiding refugees as they transition into American life in the local area, including furnishing apartments, offering ESL instruction, assisting with job searches and helping identify and facilitate treatment of various medical problems.

 

SCEEP Challenge Fund

Providing college and trade school tuition support to students who took part in the Suburban Cultural Education Enrichment Program when they were in 2nd - 5th grades.  A promise was made for ongoing assistance past high school graduation if they stayed in touch after completion of the program.

United Church of Christ Disaster Relief Ministry Fund
Supporting areas needing emergency help after a disaster.

World Central Kitchen

First to the frontlines, providing meals during humanitarian, climate and community crises.
